Face to Face Course booking Terms and Conditions

Cancellation:

100% refund will be issued if cancelled within 30 days before course date.

50% refund will be issued if cancelled within 15 days before course date.

0% refund will be issued if cancelled 14 days before the course date.

Cancellations must be sent via email to the correct email address info@primary-safety.co.uk with course date and delegates to be cancelled. Confirmation of your cancellation will be confirmed by return email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please call

07941 056467 as we may not have received your email.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

For non-credit business customers, full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Delegates MUST be on time and those who arrive late may not be able to continue with the course and refunds will not be issued. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time.

ID is required for all delegates, to be shown at the start of the course. Acceptable forms of ID include: Passport; Drivers License, Birth Certificate, Bank Card.

The trainer reserves the right to eject any delegates who display any unacceptable behaviour. Refunds will not be issued.       

Delegates must attend the FULL course to receive their qualification. This includes any scheduled ZOOM sessions and classroom sessions where applicable.          

For non-credit customers, certificates will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.           

For credit customers, eCertificates are issued within 72 hours of the course completion and will be emailed to the person who booked the course using the email address provided at the time of booking.

Primary Safety Ltd cannot be held responsible for any circumstances out of our control that may lead to the cancellation of any courses. We will provide as much notice as possible and will endeavour to reschedule the course or a full refund will be given. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred.

If we have to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances within our control, a full refund will be given, or an alternative date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days as long as the correct bank details have been provided. If you provide incorrect bank details, we cannot be held responsible, and you may have to forfeit your refund.

Minimum age of face to face course delegates is 16 years of age.

eLearning Course booking Terms and Conditions

Payment is required in full before login details/ courses are allocated.

All online training courses are non-refundable.

Please make sure you request/ or pay for the correct course.

All credit accounts must request courses via email.

Courses that are paid by either ProForma or credit invoice must be completed within 120 days from the date that the registration email is sent out.

Businesses that have admin access must ensure that the correct courses are allocated to the correct delegate as no refunds can be given due to admin errors, in the case of an error, additional licenses will have to be bought.

All pro forma accounts must request courses by completing the online pro forma invoice request, or via email.

When a delegate logs into a course, they will be required to accept additional terms and conditions which run alongside these terms and conditions. 

Courses must be completed within the timeframe as set out in the terms and conditions accepted at the time of logging in.

Any errors in the allocation of courses that are caused by us, will be rectified free of charge.
